I have a Pinnacle dual sat pro twin dvb-s tuner that i've just got hold of, previously i had 1 (then 2) Compro s350 dvb-s cards.
The 2 Compro's work fine together and the Pinnacle also works fine on its own. I was wondering the best way to set up both the Pinnacle and either 1 or both of the Compro cards and get 3/4 feeds into my pc.
I've tried running setup at the same time with both dual sat & compro installed but seems to miss many channels when checking the results (using guidetool) after a full transponder scan. Channels are missing that are found if i install just 1 of the cards standalone so i'm thinking there is some sort of conflict in trying to do 2 different types of card at same time
Is there a way round it to get the best lineup of channels possible?
install 2 different dvb-s tuners

shouldn't be an issue.
are you using 3 direct coax cable feeds from lnbs or using some kind of splitter?
personally, i prefer to scan the individual transponders to avoid some of the utter rubbish broadcast on satellite.
if you manually scan do you still get the same signal and quality across each tuner?
could just be that one of them is more sensitive than the others.

Everyone who generalises is stupid.
