v1.1.19 Release
The next version is available for download. This has mostly improvements in the guide tweak with some minor fixes elsewhere. I will have limited availability in the next week, so please have some patience while waiting for any responses from me.

I have a request...
Can you please add logic to save the GUI parameters regarding resized/relocated window and pane dividers, so that when I close and re-launch the Client it reappears the next time exactly as I last spent the time to resize and relocate the window, as well as pulling the pane divider over in order to display everything and eliminate scroll bars?
It's nice to be able to stretch things and move the window areound, and improve visibility of what is inside the windows. But it's annoying to have to re-do everything all over again every time the program gets launched, because all the GUI window parameter changes from the previous session have been discarded at program close.
Thanks.
Note that the EPG123.exe configuration window can't be resized at all. That might be nice to facilitate as well.

I finally got around to installing this release.
Nice work, Gary!
Did I miss it or is TweakWMC new this release?
I definitely appreciate the larger logos in the guide.

Pretty sure TweakWMC was in the previous release, then he released a bunch of betas to fix a few things, then released 1.1.19 once they were finalized. It really is da bomb. Yo.Sammy2 wrote:I finally got around to installing this release.

I never installed v1.1.18 and it was short-lived so I was comparing to v1.1.17 but if it was there I didn't know it.

Doesn't look too complicated to incorporate. I'll work on it.DSperber wrote:I have a request...

Thanks to both. Yes, v1.1.18 introduced the TweakWMC ... v1.1.19 added some nice algorithms for text and image placements as well as scaling of both. There are a couple more things to try and work out for my OCD, but it is pretty much solid.Sancho wrote:Pretty sure TweakWMC was in the previous release, then he released a bunch of betas to fix a few things, then released 1.1.19 once they were finalized. I'm still running 1.0.2 on Win7. How do I install this version over mine?

Somewhere along there, probably right about at that release there was a pretty major change and there was a couple of steps to go forward. At this point, you may want to just install and start fresh, rebuilding your database and mxf file.
Good luck!

Like Sammy said, from 1.0.2 to 1.1.x there was a utility to use to make sure there was no "disappearing" guide listings. This was due to changing the unique channel ID in the database. If you want to upgrade and not start over, I can put the utility back on the server with instructions for you to download.artm wrote:I'm still running 1.0.2 on Win7. Yes, I will take that as I do not want to start from scratch.
