MP4 and multiple audio tracks

Yes i know xbox wont switch between different audio tracks but i have many mp4 files which have english as the first audio track (in aac) and then one or more further tracks in other languages, as well as a subtitle track. It doesnt bother me that my xbox wont allow me to hear these other tracks but i have found that in some of my mp4s the xbox defaults to playing one of the other tracks instead of english, english is always set as the first audio track. does any one else have experience in that and can advise?
