Relaunch not working

This worked before, not sure what stopped it. Searched around and have not come up with anything but I get "trouble validating MCL" when I try to open relanch203.exe. Media center studio kind of works, but i had to do this to make it work: http://mpsharp.com/blog/2011/01/23/hulu ... tudio-fix/

After checking the media center programs file there was some pre made HBO/Showtime launchers that I must've​ downloaded. Deleting these allowed Relaunch to run. They probably where made with the old Relaunch version, and on the developers site it states they aren't compatible.

Correct me if I'm wrong but relaunch basically creates a start menu entry that runs a script to launch some website or file location using google chrome. Is that right? What were the major differences between the old and new relaunches
