Did not find expected Md5Schedule file in cache directory

Post by choliscott » Sun Apr 16, 2017 12:04 pm

I was in the process of selecting a few additional channels on the EPG123 GUI. When I hit Save & Execute, the Window closed prematurely.

When I looked at the trace.log file, I noticed it saying error like the following:

Code: Select all

[4/16/2017 4:39:40 AM] [ALERT] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 16485 (ESPNEWS) on 2017-04-16 and after.
[4/16/2017 4:39:40 AM] [ALERT] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 26849 (CNBCWLD) on 2017-04-16 and after.
[4/16/2017 4:39:40 AM] [ALERT] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 48999 (MILH) on 2017-04-16 and after.
[4/16/2017 4:39:40 AM] [ALERT] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 29612 (LRW) on 2017-04-16 and after.
[4/16/2017 4:39:40 AM] [ALERT] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 97231 (EVLV2) on 2017-04-16 and after.
[4/16/2017 4:39:40 AM] [ALERT] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 58595 (UPLIFTV) on 2017-04-16 and after.
So I selected it to update just 2 days & it seemed to run fine. I decided to try 3 days & nope same problem.

So I unselected the stations that was throwing the error & try again. Nope, now I'm getting

I hit the same "Did not find expected Md5Schedule file in cache directory" error this morning in epg123 version 1.1.3 which ran fine yesterday (15-April).

I noticed new version 1.1.4 was available so I downloaded it but I get the same error with version 1.1.4.

I tried clearing the cache, but still get the same error.

Don't know if this is a Schedules Direct problem or what?

Please help.

Here's the log:

It's happening to everyone. See here as well: http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/vie ... 69#p116569

Probably an S-D problem this morning.

Correct. I noticed it last night when checking out the new release and submitted a ticket. Will probably be resolved soon/later today.

OK, I tried the "save & execute" step again and it fully worked.

Thanks again!
