I have 5 WMC systems running. I am using guide data for Comcast cable New Hampshire and Boston OTA. I see channel 2.1 and 2.2 go "no data available" on one or two of the systems. Then for some reason it may return out of the blue. I have opened several tickets with ROVI in the past, thinking this is a guide problem. The last time i opened a ticket with ROVI they informed me its not there problem and MS needs to fix an issue. I tried opening a ticket with MS, but that seems to be a waste of time. No response from them. I guess i'm not real surprised.
Anybody see this kind of thing? Anyway to test to see if its a guide processing issue or the guide itself. I would assume that if one system had the problem all would exhibit the problem if it was guide only.
Thanks
Few channels missing guide data

I think that is normal with ROVI. Usually they fix it eventually. I wouldnt try fixing it just yet.
I have heard of some guys transplanting a guide from a good WMC to a bad one.
