The display driver error

Looking for some guidance
Getting display driver error when I send recorded copyright TV shows to HDTV.

The recorded shows are fine when played on monitor. COX San Diego digital cable.
But goes wacko when HDTV is cloned.
Also replaced HDTVwith another HDCP monitor with same results.

Windows 7 – Media Center, Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H - Intel Z87 chipset, Nvidia GTX 350Ti (latest driver [10.18.13.6451 – dated 03/07/2016] and clean install), Ceton 6 tuner with cable card, Panasonic HDTV (Panasonic TC-L58E60 58-Inch 1080p 120Hz), Dell 1909W digital monitor (dvi to hdmi adapter both ends with 20' hdmi)-(monitor works the same – long or short cable)
Onkyo receiver using 6' optical cable (about 10 years), Amazon hi speed hdmi 6' cables.
Everything is HDCP - (The nvidia software shows good HDCP on tv and monitor.)
The resolution is 1440 x 900 native to monitor.
The windows audio says hdmi Panasonic TV (turn off-only option) and has check mark and labeled as default in Nvidia control panel.
DCA on computer only passes, when I add HDTV (dual display) it fails.
Says graphic card or driver will NOT DO COPY PROTECTED?????
DRM audio test ok

I am out of ideas seems like it should work

Any ideas

search on the dual display issues. There is some info in my first problem threads from those who though that might be my issue. It wasn't, so I can't walk you through those steps. Mine was the graphics card. It was ok for the PC, but not for extenders..... never have figured that out, just put a new card in and moved on.
