Unhandled Exception when trying to save in Config GUI

When trying to save or save and execute in Configuration GUI, I get an Unhandled Exception error popup and settings are not saved.

This was another side effect of adding the XMLTV feature and how I handled the XMLTV configuration. This problem only affects those performing an initial install with no existing epg123.cfg file. Some variables related to the XMLTV configuration would not be initialized and would throw an exception.

Note that with v1.1.21 - v1.1.23, you would just need to click the [configure] button for XMLTV to initialize the variables and then would be able to save without any exceptions thrown.

Fix is up on the website as v1.1.24.
