Guide Tweaks

I was playing around with the Guide Tweaks on one of my PC's. It seems to have removed the call signs in the channel/logo column. I can't find a way to bring them back.

What are your settings? I'll try to recreate but don't expect to see anything here. Anything special about that particular PC? Have you used MCE Reset Toolbox on it at some point in time? If so, reference this thread (viewtopic.php?p=124496#p124496).

Hi Gary,

I've not used MCE Reset Toolbox. Just the Guide Tweaker. When I do my HTPC, what's the file(s) I need to back up if this happens on that one?

If you have logos, then the call sign text will be hidden. This is default WMC behavior. There is a way to have the call signs still show along with the logos, but that is not yet an option.

Observation: Where did you get your logos? Is that from the SD download? They are way too small and using black text. To get the best experience with the logos, I would suggest renaming the current [epg123]\logos folder to "old_logos", and run another update with the 'Include station logos from Schedules Direct' option selected. This will download the logos again and they will be nice and large. If you \don't like the results, just delete the new [epg123]\logos folder and rename the "old_logos" folder back to "logos".

Here's a quick comparison.

EDIT: with the same settings you have.

Thanks for the logos tip. They look a lot better now!
