Missing Guide Information

Hey guys,

First I want to say thanks for EPG123 and all the people that support it. I migrated to it a while back when Microsoft stopped supplying guide data and it's been great to continue to use WMC to record shows.

Slightly tied in to another post Comcast changed A LOT of my channel numbers this weekend. I thought I could successfully navigate the change but am running in to problems. I checked and schedules direct has the new channel listing. When I run epg123 it lists all the channels I want info from and looks to be running correctly. When I go into the program guide in WMC however there is no information for any of the new channels. The channels that didn't change number will have current information but the new numbers are blank. I can click on any of those channels and it plays correctly it just won't record to it (and of course it's mostly the HD channels).

The only thing I have noticed is that if I run epg123Client the left pane (Guide Channels) the new channels don't have any call sign or channel information. They do in the right pane. I'm just not sure if that could be it or how to fix it. If you need screenshots or the trace log let me know. I'm just not sure where to start.

In the client GUI, click the Automatch by: [# Number] button. That should be it.

100% it. Got it working already. Now to explain to my daughter why we missed a few episodes of Vampirina.
