Not importing updates during scheduled task

Relatively new to epg123 & I think it's great, but I've noticed something recently I hope someone can help me explain.
My scheduled task runs @ 3AM with a successful completion status, including for WMC import:
[8/3/2017 3:18:41 AM] ===============================================================================

[8/3/2017 3:20:42 AM] [ INFO] EPG123 client execution time was 00:02:00.6690657.
Windows event logs do not indicate anything different, or odd.
When I check the WMC guide in the morning & attempt to schedule a new recording via search/title, WMC indicates something less than the 21 days of data I've configured to download. It had gotten down to 18 days when I 1st noticed this.
If I do nothing more than import the epg123.mxf created during the 3AM scheduled task via epg123Clent & wait for re-indexing to complete, WMC will now indicate 21 days worth of data (as it should). Log follows:
[8/3/2017 5:45:01 AM] ===============================================================================

I will also get the full 21 days of data if I manually run the scheduled task from the Task Manager, or if I select 'Save & Execute' Via the EPG123 GUI. The only difference I can discern is that I'm not executing the manual imports in the ~3AM timeframe.
Other info:
WMC was scheduled to run it's optimization @ 4AM, which I didn't think would cause any conflicts. No events in Windows logs, etc., which I would expect to generate a log event if the re-indexing were interrupted. I have rescheduled this to see if it has any effect.
Import worked without intervention for my 1st week, or so, without intervention, but I MAY have moved the 'Optimization' task since & don't specifically recall.
I 1st noticed this running v1.1.10 & it still happens after updating to V1.1.11.
Any thoughts?
