EPG123 Lineup Issue - NBA TV Missing

#1

Post by rdevone » Fri Jul 28, 2017 7:21 pm

I have a lineup issue . The service works great. Glad to be
finished with Rovi
I use Windows 7 Media Center. Home run Tuners Entouch Cable
Houston 77407

My guide downloads successfully and is populated in MC. My issue
is Channel 348 NBA TV doesn't load in the guide. I confirmed
channel 348 is checked in the EPG123 Guide Tool. I tried a
different zip code, same issue.

I manually add the channel to my guide in media center, but it is
removed after a guide listing update occurs.

Appreciate some help.

Thanks

Randy

Response from Schedule Direct

I've checked the server, and

1) The channel is in the lineup.
2) There is data for the channel.

Have you posted your trace.log over at The Green Button for garyan2 to look at? I can't see anything server-side that would prevent you from getting the data.

I just checked on my system and the station was available for selection in the configuration GUI and I successfully downloaded listings for it.

Could you verify that channel 348 is on the right side and the left side both in the epg123 client GUI? Whatever it was may have been fixed before I got a chance to look at it.

Channel 348 was listed on the left side but no data, 348 wasn't on the right side.

Both sides now have the channel listed.

It appears the issue has been resolved.

Thanks
