For films, is the year of release consistently listed?

Never seen a movie without a year of release. Answer is yes.

Thanks for the reply Gary. One other question, is My Channel Logos compatible or does EPG123 provide the same features.

My problem now is I'm on Comcast and the MPEG4 issue is a deal breaker for me. I've posted at DSL Reports Comcast Direct forum and they are researching the issue. If it gets fixed, I'll definitely switch to EPG123, otherwise it looks like TiVo.

SD/Gracenote provides logos for a lot of the stations, but they are not optimized for WMC. There will be some that will be hard to see due to color pallet, or just look too small due to logo style being vertical instead of horizontal.

MCL XL provides other features that EPG123 does not ... big logos, more rows in guide and mini-guide, 3 hour view instead of 2, ... so EPG123 is not a replacement. I would say if you don't want to use MCL XL, then EPG123 might be good enough for the logos. They can live with each other but you would have to turn off MCLs autopopulate feature. EPG123 will always overwrite the channel logos if the options are selected and one exists in the .\logos folder. If you autopopulate feature is left on, then the 2 will just stomp on each other every day.

I use MCL now, so if I can use it with EPG123, that would be great.

Not a problem at all, deselect the "Include station logos from .\logos directory" and you will be fine. MCL will be just like it was.
