Have a problem with 1.1.6 that is preventing loadmfx from running. Had the same error on 1.0.0 but loadmfx still ran ok.

Also, the epg123client runs, but I also get an error, then the GUI comes up and nothing is active.

Not being able to open the client GUI suggests you have a database corruption. Normally I would recommend doing a database rebuild. Since you can't open the GUI (I'll have to figure out why I'm not catching that), you would need to boot into Safe Mode to do it ... the client GUI doesn't try to open the database in Safe Mode. Once you boot back into Normal Mode, you can manually import your mxf fle and should be back in business.

The risk is, due to the current state of SD/Gracenote data and lineups, I don't know how complete your current data is. If your last run for the epg123 update of the mxf file was clean, go for the rebuild.
