Missing channels

#1

Post by prairiedog » Thu Jun 08, 2017 2:44 am

I am using WMC on Windows 8.1, fully updated.

Tonight I noticed there were only 3 channels in the lineup and as I investigated more I saw EPG123 was not seeing any channels above 725 - and all but 3 I subscribe to are above that. I checked the lineup on Schedules Direct and it lists all the channels (zip 56303, charter cable, USA-MN22437-X)

I updated to most recent epg123 and also did a full WMC wipe and setup to no avail. Thoughts?

Submit a ticket with Schedules Direct, they appear to be having a problem with the JSON service. You are at least the 4th person I've this happening to tonight.

Just verification, you were running v1.0.2 or below, correct?

Yep, I was on 1.0.2 and upgraded thinking that was the issue. I will submit a ticked with them now. Thanks so much for all you do! Without you, I, I just don't know what I'd do!
