EPG123 client can not update guide

when trying to update the guide on the client computer this is the message that I get

[5/17/2017 11:30:00 AM] ====================== Beginning epg123 client execution. =====================
[5/17/2017 11:30:00 AM] [ERROR] File "\\hugo-server\c\epg123\epg123.mxf" does not exist.

but if I do it manually will import it without problem

This will be due to permissions. The task evidently doesn't have enough rights to access the network share drive. Easiest way to fix, since you can do it manually, is to edit the task to use your user account (with password if needed) instead of the existing account.
