Single channel missing data

#1

Post by nudder » Thu May 04, 2017 12:34 am

New to EPG123 after searching for alternatives after Rovi managed to start loading channel data for the correct channel number but from a nearby city so actually for a different network.

Anyway, new installation of EPG123 with subscription to SchedulesDirect all went smoothly. Data for all channels loaded and correct with one exception. Channel 10.2 shows No Data Available. Channel 10.1 and 10.3 are just fine. To troubleshoot, I installed Freeguide and set that up with the same SchedulesDirect subscription data. All data, including 10.2, showing just fine.

10.2 is channel number 100565, KOLRDT2-TV.

The channel has not been excluded from the lineup, all have green indicators.

Anything in the trace.log file to indicate a problem with that station?

I think Freeguide uses the XML interface to SD and EPG123 uses JSON. May be a problem with the JSON data for that channel. I would try filing a ticket with Schedules Direct.

I just did a download on that station without a problem. Might want to try again.

Well, seems to be fine now. I didn't see any errors in the log, but I noticed the data wasn't updating either, despite the log saying the daily download was completing.

So, I just started from scratch and all data is now populated. Hopefully the download will now update the listings too.

Thanks for the assistance.
