Yep, broken again. No updates for the last 4 days - - and when I did a manual try just now I got the becoming ubiquitous Download Guide Error. My last complete day is the 21st, which means only 10 days of guide.

UPDATE: Contacted Tivo, Support Desk, etc. Got back a ticket number and a quick "we'll look into it" from the Sr Op Mgr. Hopefully it won't take long to fix.

After manual download, got error message and About end date of 26 Oct, but actual listings ended 21 Oct.(OTA, Central California)

UPDATE: Guide came in overnight. I now have data through October 24th. Whew. Be prepared: The next outage should appear in two weeks, when we change the clocks again. Never fails.

The guide data still seems to be working for me.

The end date is listed as 10/26 at 7pm, and scrolling through the guide, there is data up to about 10/25 at 8pm.

Mine just successfully completed a Manual Update TOOO!! :) (Indiana Bright-house) Up until October 27th. (8 day improvement.)

All Pro and College Football games still say TBA. But that will hopefully change overnight and be updated regularly in the next few weeks.

I have been sitting at 10/28 1am for days with Guide data ending 8PM on 10/27.
Moved to W10 and NPVR in December 2019. Bye.

As Microsoft doesn't do anything with Connect for like 2 years, seems like a waste of time.

Mine did update a day later after holding for a few days with no updates.

Same here, got an automatic update ending 29 Oct. I tend to panic when listings get down to 3-4 days.

For the last week or so my updates have been failing about every other day. Sometimes it downloads the exact same data as the day before (with the .enc file having a new date) and other times it downloads new data but it results in an error and it doesn't load anything.

Right now I have data up to 10/30 @8pm ET with today's update failing with corrupted data (results in an on-screen "guide download error" when you do an manual update, as well creating and not deleting multiple .enc files).

Got through time change without problems, but now have not gotten updates for 2 days (though usually it doesn't update till the a.m. for me). Normally have 13 days but now down to 11. Anybody else? Charter S.Calif.

Time change happened without any issues, 12-day advance updates continuing. End date, 22 Nov, 0300. OTA, Central California. Manual update took me to 24 Nov.

I've got data up until 11/23 @ 7pm ET, but for the past week or so, the guide updates have been throwing errors (if you do the update manually it gives an error and the .enc files are piling up in the EpgListings folder), so it may not be updating completely.

I don't know if this is related to Guide Outage/quality, but twice in the last two weeks my guide listings (TV schedule) has included a blank spot in the listings. Not unlabeled, but a blank spot for one hour with no border and it is transparent (I can see WMC blue background). If I press an arrow key to skip over it does not work. It is stuck and can only move in the direction of a valid program. I have only seen this twice now, but never had before about two weeks ago.

It has had no affect on my scheduling needs, but it is a curiosity.
