Problem with comskip (SA)

I'm not sure what happened, but my comskip stopped working. I reinstalled the addin, dvrm, and SA. I checked all my settings against http://www.thedigitalmediazone.com/2010 ... ia-center/
My older recordings, skipping still works, but not on more recent recordings. SA shows that it's processing the new recordings and marking them, but when I load a new recording it says there's no file for it and asks if I want to process it now.
Any suggestions on what I could try or might be overlooking?

I think I went throught this once. SA is processing the file, and it's putting the marker file somewhere, but DVRMS isn't looking in that location for the marker file. It's looking somewhere else.

You need to ensure that SA and DVRMS are synchronized on where this file is located.

Thanks for the reply. I had checked that. DVRM puts them in c:\user (something, not in front of that computer right now), and that is where SA was listed to check.
