Yeah there is a green progress bar on the screen which shows the download.... I did it asynchronously so you could use the app while it was downloading. I have uploaded a new version which fixes the favourites screen in media center, I forgot to convert it to RTF.

I will look into the checkbox idea.... Glad you got the downloads and uploads working. The great thing about the internet server is you can always reset the database and if you uploaded everything you can always get it back.

Is this project still ongoing? I remember seeing this subject in the forums and I ignored it. After reading this thread, I think this might be something my wife would like very much.

Thanks for your reply. I haven't installed it yet. Is the website with recipes to upload/download still available? I think that part is an essential ingredient to make this app a success.

Does this work on the echo? We have one in the kitchen now and I know my wife would love this.

Is anyone able to delete recipes? To start with, I'd like to delete the stock recipes and the test recipe I just added. Whenever I try to delete a recipe, I get:
"Unable to Delete Recipe! The primary key value cannot be deleted because references to this key still exist.[Foreign key constraint name = Recipes]"

Update: This add-on does not work on the Ceton Echo.

Does anyone still use this, and if so does it still work. I would like to look at a copy of it but the download link is dead
