Nice.
Looks like the new 6-tuner Prime may not have any activity LEDs on it. Plus, there was no mention of compatibility with Win7/WMC.
They did mention that they hope to have DRM recording on their own DVR system (Win10 to be the first), but who knows when that will be...

My take on it is, a Silicon Dust DRM capability will never happen.
When the Connect Quatro came out, I wondered about Win7 compatibility. But it slid right in. Their software was fully compatible. I expect the same here.

at about 6:28 he said about the first people running it would run a xbox and Windows machine and was agreed on... So I'm guessing full support for WMC (as the topic of DRM was huge in the video) and there is no type of extender for Windows 10 and the Xbox, WMC is available with cablecard support on WIndows 7 and 8.1 so I would bet it would be available for both. I guess Vista too with the TV pack... but, is anyone still running that using a cablecard ?Space wrote:Nice.
