hey, did anyone watch Elementary last week? I'm always a fan of Sherlock Holmes renditions. I enjoyed it.

It was okay. I didn't like how Sherlock kind of pranced around though, he was a little too animated.

I liked it. I think they did a female Dr. Watson very well. My wife, who is a Sherlock Holmes purist even liked it; she started out (IMO) watching it with the idea she wasn't going to like having a female Watson, but she also ended up liking it very much.

First episodes are often hard to judge - they sometimes work too hard introducing the characters. I don't think Johnny Lee Miller is quite up to Benedict Cumberbatch, though I thought Lucy Liu as Watson was an interesting twist. I'll watch it again.

I liked it. I sort of thought of it as CSI meets House.

I liked it very much. I thought Johnny Lee Miller did a great job. I agree with dmagerl that he reminded me of House. I like Miller... I was very disappointed when Eli Stone was cancelled.

I like this show. I told my wife I thought it was a lot like House as well.
