Can I suggest you add one line to the Remote Access Guide - make it clear that people shouldn't attempt to get remote access working until they are 100% satisfied with the way things work on the LAN.

We've seen a number of posts from people who start down the Port Forwarding route because they think it will help fix their setup problems. Your guide is quite clear that the purpose of Remote Access is to allow you to control your system when you're not at home, but people who are looking for a hammer often skip over those explanations!

Boom, good idea. I will update the guides themselves, but for now I added a little line in there. And I appreciate the feedback as I am sure I might miss something which is why I left this open.
