Help identifying my Hauppauge card [HP Pavilion m7750n]

Could someone help me identify the Hauppauge card that I have in my computer? I have a Pavilion m7750n that I have upgraded over the years but still has the original Hauppauge card. I added the link to the PC specs from HP at the bottom of this post which includes info about the TV card I have. Windows 8.1 device manager tells me it is a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1600 NTSC/ATSC (Combo). But the pictures showing the ports on the Hauppauge site don't match what I see on the back of the card. The card does match the pictures on the webpage above. The HP site's picture of the card isn't clear enough to see the model number. I know I can open up my computer and see the model number but it is difficult to get to and pulled out of my desk so i'm hoping y'all can help. Thanks!

I found out what it was. An odd variation of the HTV-1600 with three ports instead of the usual two.
