Is there an OTA 4-tuner card or network tuner?

I have a pair of OTA AVerMedia dual tuner Duet cards but am thinking about adding more tuners in order to accommodate overlap padding when recording multiple programs. Usually I have no problem but sometimes I get strange tuner assignments as mentioned here.

I could add a couple dual tuner HDHomeRun network tuners but I'd I have to split the signal a couple more times, which of course reduces signal strength. But if there are 4-tuner devices that would help. I've seen these for CableCards but not OTA. Is there a 4-tuner card or tuner that I somehow missed?
