Date of Information: June 17 2011
Region/Cable Provider: Queens, NY / Time Warner Cable
CableCARD: Scientific Atlanta, took a lot of escalation/complaints to get a PKM802 which won't accept the ancient firmware they have on the headend that frequently crashes with > 2 tuners since the newer CableCARD model didn't exist when that firmware was released.
SDV: Since June of 2010, slowly ramped to just over 100 SDV channels thus far.
Non Premium content: Copy-Once for everything but ClearQAM (locals & C-SPAN).
Premium content: Copy-Once

I recently discovered that the secondary HBO and Cinemax channels (HBO2HD, HBOCHD, ACMAXHD, THMAXHD, etc) are copy freely for me! I'm recording everything I can from them and converting for use on my Motorola Xoom!
