When can I let my server sleep?

I use a win 7 ultimate machine for extenders, and to store media, and in the future, I might add some home automation to it as well. Right now it never sleeps, and I hardly ever need to go in and work on it. What suggestions would anyone give in terms of power policies for this machine in order to save a few bucks a month on my power bill? At the moment, I'm only letting it turn the display off.
