Disk cleanup and/or defrag operation?

Running Ceton PCiE6, a 2 x 2TB (Raid) HDD Drive (with 120 GB SDD for Win7). Lots of recording and deleting over several years and I was wondering if I should run a disc cleanup and/or defrag operation? I think the folks that sold me the unit (Assassin) may have said not needed but I am no longer sure. Any benefit to doing so?
