WM7 + Ceton + Charter Spectrum issues with ESPN2

So up until recently (unknown exactly when the issue started) I had zero issues with EPSN/ESPN2, went to go watch the NCAA national hockey games yesterday on ESPN2 to only discover a black screen, changed channels to discover both ESPN and ESPN2 both had the black screen issue. All other HD channels I have work just fine.

Setup is as follows:
WM7 with Ceton infinitv4 and charter provided tuning adapter.

Things i've tried so far:
install/re-install drivers, moved PCI-e slots, rebooted windows, rebooted tuning adapter, just had Charter tech out, signal is good, no issues/concerns with coax line.

So question is, anyone else out there have a similar issue where you have one or two channels, maybe ESPN/2 that just is a black screen and doesn't play at all?

Espn and Espn2 work for me with charter in birmingham al, with WM7 with Ceton infinitv4. I do not need a TA for mine. Try it without TA unless you know you must have it. See if other channels that use TA work. Charter has had problems losing TA and Card Pariing. Good luck.
