Hey guys,
I was wondering if you had any suggestions to help solve an issue where WMC/the Remote IR driver seem to keep causing a BSOD. The issue seems to be when I use my Harmony remote to turn on the TV/Home theater it also tries to turn on the PC which I leave running 24/7 for what I can tell that is causing the issues. Here are some error logs I've pulled please let me know if you need more info and/or have seen this issue before.

I can also send you the dump files if needed unfortunately the forums won't seem to let me attach them.

Note: I've recently made the switch from Windows 8.1 to 7. I did an entirely fresh install of Windows 7 Pro. (Hence the grass isn't always greener.) XD

Thank you for any assistance you all can offer.

Update:
So the IR-Driver wasn't the primary issues. It was just unluckily the recipient of blame for BSOD. I received a different BSOD error that listed the driver causing the issue. It was the Nvidia audio driver that comes packaged with Graphics driver: 378.66. I uninstalled, redownloaded, & reinstalled the driver and the same issue arose. At this point, I decide to roll back to an older version of the driver and this solved the issue.

Audio Driver Versions:
Non-Working Driver:
------------------------
1.3.34.21
------------------------

Working Driver:
------------------------
1.3.34.17
------------------------

The Graphics card is an EVGA GeForce GTX 570.

I hope this helps someone in the future.
Thanks,
-Sharks

Many thanks for sharing this information. I was also getting BSODS (or the win 10 equivalent) sometimes when I put my HTPC to sleep following the latest Nvidia drivers update. Unfortunately when I tried to downgrad the drivers I either did not go far enough back or it did not roll back the audio driver, so the problem continued. I have since done a complete GPU driver clean up and installed the last 375. package which contains the audio driver you indicated as good, so hopefully that fixes it.
Many thanks again. :D
