Thank you for this post! I too was having problems with ABC7 SF the past month. Thought it was first because of the Bay Area storms, then thought my Avermedia Duet card took a dump, but then was able to receive ABC7 on an older PC running a DVICO Fusion 5 Lite tuner card. Then installed next PVR software and it scanned ABC7 and worked on my PC. So then I assumed it was a problem with Windows Media Center not picking up the right frequency of ABC7. Did exactly what SunnyR said to do and WMC now works with ABC7, and copied the guide too. Great fix! Thanks!

Hello.... you have to do is manually add the channel on the correct frequency using the add missing channel menu.
It will then show in the guide without programming information. You'll have to manually associate the guide info with the channel using the "Edit Channel" menu.
