I am running HDHomeRun Prime with a TWC supplied CableCard and an Arris MTR-700 tuning adapter. After much hassle and a 'Rescue' visit from a TWC contractor, I finally got the setup working.
Then about 2 weeks ago, I lost my DRM channels. Channels marked HD were not lost. I exchanged multiple messages with Silicon Dust support and had a few calls to TWC CableCard support. Here is what finally worked for me:
- Following instructions from https://www.silicondust.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10360 I removed PlayReady using solution 1.
- Following instructions from http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/vie ... f=6&t=3760 I unzipped ResetDRM.exe and ran “CleanDRM.exe -v”
- I reinstalled PlayReady, again following the Silicondust help file instructions.
This is what got my DRM channels back, when all other methods failed. I hope this helps others with similar issues.
Finally got DRM channels back!

Let's hope you're not stuck doing this every two weeks.

Only problem with this, it resets DRM, so if you have DRM recorded shows, they wont play back after this..
