Windows Media Center Windows 7 and Netstream DTT

Hi,

First off, current setup:

Hardware:
Windows 7 x64 on an HP Gen8 server
Elgato Netstream DTT Hardware 1.0.2

Software/Firmware:
EyeTV Netstream for Windows Media Center 1.01.00.16
Elgato Fimware 1.0.2
Windows 7 fully up to date

Observations and Symptoms:
Playready will not complete update
Weak signal warning on BBC 1 and 2 (UK Freeview channels)
Channels coming through on iOS app flawlessly
Multiple tuner 1 and 2 sources on each channel in WMC

Things I have tried:

I have deduced that it is the plugin software (EyeTV Netstream for Windows Media Center 1.01.00.16) or WMC due to the fact Elgato Netstream dtt works in iOS app. Therefore I have tried the following:

Tried to reset DRM to clear playready- via cleandrm.exe- google it......
Uninstall and reinstall playready (as Elgato Netstream dtt does not require it etc)
Uninstall and reinstall all software and run registry cleaner etc
Done the drop packet fix as detailed by Microsoft
Retuned more times than I can count
Re-run setup of WMC multiple times

As you can probably tell I feel I have tried everything! Any help would be great!

Thanks for your help in advance!

I thought PlayReady was just for the US Tuners with CableCards. Has that changed recently in the UK?

Not sure if this apply's but I use WMC...WMC Server....Emby Server....on my HTPC Server, and stream everything "Non Protected" to anything anywhere. My daughter watches my live TV on the other side of North America. I have tested this setup from North America to Italy and also Thailand.

If you have anything "Protected with DRM" Teamviewer streams anything-anywhere.

DVBLink Server Version 6 is another that does a great job of sending anything-anywhere.
