I have issues with more than 1 tuner.
CPU is AMD phenom 2.3 ghz quad core 9650
The issue is one of a pixelation glitch every 4 to 5 seconds when 2 tuners are in the PCIE buss.
With one tuner everything is smooth.
Tuners are pcie cards
Avermedia m780
Hauppauge HVR 1250
I just added the HVR 1250.
8gb ram motherboard is Pavilion a6750f
I can get a 3.4 ghz AMD Phenom ii x4 965 3.4ghz quad core.
Two tuners - CPU required?

I may have solved my issue using a GTX260 video card and the nvidia driver
I now have 3 tuners, added a usb vbox 3560.
And recording 2 channels same time watching a third and no glitches.
Somehow that video card must be helping process the video.

I had a ceton 4 tuner card with the cpu graphics processor and it was pixelating a lot. I added a video card and it fixed everything. I now have 6 tuners and it still going well

Yeah, better Video Adapters sure make a difference.sdowney717 wrote:Somehow that video card must be helping process the video.
It is difficult to see what is wrong with a card that is not co-operating. Here is one that has a blown "something"....This one worked fine on Win7....No go on Win10.
Inside the triangle, compare the upper black thing with the lower-right black thing...obviously the upper was fried.
