Nvidia Gt 710 audio drop out every few seconds

Hello.
Im new to the forums.
Hopefully someone can help me with my issue.
Im running a GA-h81m-h, 4gb ram, G3258, Nvidia GT 710, HDhomerun Prime with cisco tuning adapter. its hooked up to Yamaha AV receiver.
Fresh Install Windows 8.1 with WMC No updates have been performed.
My issue is, When using the GT 710 via HDMi i get audio drop outs. it happens every few seconds. It happens on all live tv shows as well as recorded shows. Ive tried several drivers from Nvidia. With the same results. Also i did notice the Nvidia Config screen stated there's a repeater in line. If i use the Intel gpu via HDMi it works perfectly.
Hopefully i didn't leave anything out.
Any insight would be awesome.
