Visually impaired audio being recorded instead of 5.1

Hey everyone, I'm having a really odd problem with my Chicago PD recordings. For some odd reason instead of getting a 5.1 audio track, I'm getting the visually impaired track instead for the audio. This seems to only be happening with this one show. Is there any way to fix this? I’m currently using 2 different HD Home Run Primes with a Windows 8.1 media center setup. I currently have over 60 different series recordings, and this is the only show that this is happening with. Does anyone happen to have any ideas with this problem? I also posted to my cable providers forums and they are clueless on the matter.

Here’s a link to a short clip that you can look at to see what I’m talking about if you’re curious.

Thanks for the help

Try pressing Ctrl+Shift+A to change the audio track.

There are only 2 audio tracks being recorded the visual impaired track and the Spanish track.

What happens when you watch the show live?

Sadly I'm unsure of what the live show sounds like. I'm not home during the evening Mon-Fri. Sorry.

Current audio related settings:

When looking through all of the advanced options within media center, there are no options for descriptive audio.

Options that are available:
Language: English
Audio: Main Audio
Caption Display: Off
Advanced Closed Captioning Options: Use settings in the broadcast

I am wondering if the same thing happens on a set top box.

Finally got a reply from my cable provider. Looks like its a problem with the channel provider sending this out as the secondary language. Not sure why its showing up as the primary language though. And MCEBuddy deletes the secondary audio on my files so I wouldn't know what the other language is.

Similar things happen to me on a couple of channels. One defaults to Spanish output which is silent.
