WMC gets a separate SKU in W8 (again)

I wonder if this is simply a SKU for the stand alone WMC product. Similar to the product that companies are using in their set top boxes (aka, Ceton).

It wouldn't surprise me if this will be the only way to obtain WMC in the near future.
