(Ry)Zen and Kaby Lake CPUs with Win 7 or 8

If you are like me and running WMC on a newer CPU
Intel seventh (7th)-generation processors (Kaby Lake) or later
AMD "Bristol Ridge" (Seventh generation) or newer
Qualcomm "8996"
Microsoft was released few updates with (Ry)Zen and Kaby Lake CPUs detection with new annoying ballot screen, see attached.
These updates are fixing lot of relevant bugs, but also crippling Windows Update for users with modern CPUs.

And Microsoft CLAIMS they will support Windows 7 till 2020 and Windows 8.1 till 2023... This is not support. I wish someone would open a class action lawsuit against them.

7 and 8.1 might have compatibility issues initially due to not being available before newer processors were available, but I think they receive kernel updates as standard KB updates. Alternatively, I'm running Windows x64 Enterprise N LTSB with Media Extension Pack and WMC and it works great. On an older machine but shouldn't make a difference. I just like Enterprise N LTSB because it seems a lot more stable than Pro or Home and I don't like bells and whistle crap I don't use. If you want to use newer hardware, Windows 10 works very well with the add-on WMC available (google it).
