WMC, HDMI, Dolby

I have a PC with WMC 8.1 installed, and an AMD video card with the 7.1 audio.
Connected to a AV receiver that can decode Dolby
I also have Plex Home Theater installed.
I also have a cable box
- Sound on PC: Set for "Not Exclusive Mode" (unchecked)
- Speakers set to 5.1 in Audio driver

1. I play a movie on Plex with 5.1 and I see the receiver indicate that it is playing a 5.1 audio stream
2. I play a show on the cable box with 5.1 content and I see the receiver indicate that it is playing a 5.1 audio stream
3. I play a show on WMC and I don't see anything to indicate the receiveris getting Dolby.

- Does HDHR/WMC support Dolby?
- Is so, what are the secret settings?

Make sure auto volume or volume leveling; I forgot what it's called...make sure it's turned off. Look in the TV settings menu.

Exclusive mode must be enabled in order to bitstream any encoded format (e.g., Dolby Digital). Then configure WMC audio settings to output 2-channel audio.
