Hi
My current set-up is Windows 8.1 with Media Center, paid up to use Schedules Direct using EPG123 (version 1.1.19). I live in North East, so switched from using Pontop Pike transmitter to DBT Freeview when using schedules Direct to get up to date scheduling date
Up until recently everything was working fine, then within last week or so my ITV HD channel shows no data available. Channel being ITV1 HD (London) although HD programs are available for viewing (I just can not easily record ITV HD programs.
My local ITV channel being ITV1 (Tyne Tees) shows correct schedule with all programs available for showing (but only in SD).
Have contacted Schedules Direct, but they told me that this is an application error (which I assume means EPG123).
Have tried a clean / fresh install using EPG Client (version 1.1.19) and selecting DBT Freeview lineup option within Schedules Direct.
Any fellow UK north easterners having similar problem? Any ideas help how to solve problem will be much appreciated.

Hi
Sorry folks I posted in wrong topic, should have been a WMC guide data post. (Thats newbies for you). Hope someone could move my post from Windows Media 8 to WMC Guide Data post.
Anyway, I appear to have solved my own problem. Spent hours thinking it was either an EPG123 or Schedules Direct problem, as I had not had this problem since I started using Schedules Direct and EPG123. Appears it was a WMC problem. I seemed to have solved by going into
Settings
Tv
Edit Channels
Selected ITV1 (London) HD
Edit Listings
selected ITV1 (Granada) HD.
ITV HD guide data now showing. problem solved.
Hope this might help anyone else who might have similar problem. May be its just me??

Can you provide your trace.log contents for the last couple updates? Also, have you verified ITV1HD is selected in the configuration GUI?toonbadger wrote:Hi

Wow, sorry about responding to an old post that had already been resolved. It just popped up on Tapatalk as if it were new which I'm assuming is when it got moved over into Windows 8 Media Center.
