Advice on ripping Blu-ray library to HDD

I'm finally getting my network bottlenecks worked out and have invested in a dedicated PC for WMC so I have lots of questions. This thread will deal with how to best utilize my hardware for ripping blu-rays, DVDs, and CDs for playback in WMC and my Xbox 360 extender. In addition to the 360 I have two PCs, a slower dedicated WMC and a faster PC for my everyday use. The two PCs are connected to my internet router via gigabit ethernet and the 360 connects to the internet router via 300N WiFi (until I finish running gigabit ethernet). I have a PX-B310U that can be attached to either PC. The specs of both PCs are below. Given my setup, what software is best, and should I simply run it all on the velociraptor and then move the finished movies to the WD40EZRX, or something different?

    *Media Center*
    Windows 7 Pro x64
    HP 8000 Elite SFF system
    Q9500 CPU
    6GB DDR3
    120GB SSD (System)
4TB WD40EZRX HDD (DVR storage and pagefile)
    InfiniTV4 PCIe

    *Everyday PC*
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-UP4 motherboard
    A10-5700 APU
    8GB DDR3
    120GB SSD (System)
    640GB HDD (Apps and storage)
300GB Velociraptor HDD (pagefile, transcoding and slow loading apps)

If you're concerned about playback of these rips on your (wired) xbox360, I suggest that you read THIS THREAD on my forum about ripped file contents.

For all the Blurays that I buy, I use MakeMKV to get the movie off of the disc. That leaves anywhere from a 20-30GB mkv file. I then use handbrake to re-encode them. Depending on the original size, I can get anywhere from a 2-5GB final file. Handbrake will encode to MKV or MP4.

There is an app that will rip Blu-ray in WMC, according to what I read, drop in a Blu-ray/DVD, open app, put in your settings and it will rip the movie in the background. It's a older app, I was going to try to test it out this weekend if I have the time.

It needs some software to run n the background to make it all work but, it looks like this will do...
