VOB editors?

#1

Post by werds » Sun Feb 09, 2014 9:22 pm

I have all of my dvd's ripped in standard dvd format (video ts folders etc) and they have the resulting vob files inside these folders. I don't need or want to re-encode them (have software for that just don't want the files in that format). What I want is to cut snippets of the video files out and keep them in vob format (for example I have the Insanity series dvd's with ridiculous commercials at start and finish of each workout) So I need an editor or some FREE software that simply allows me to cut the scenes I want out and then saves it in the same vob format without any extra re-encoding done...

I have struck out so far in finding a good free one that doesn't trip my malwarebytes...

Thanks, Took a look at that once and just now again and I honestly can't make heads or tails of what I am supposed to do in order to cut the pieces out that I don't want... I see how to use the preview function but no clue what to do with it, and I don't understand what all the command buttons and files in the window stand for lol...
