Plays on Xbox, not computer?

I'm confused on this one... I have a movie, Toy Story, that:
- Completely works on an xbox 360s in extender mode
- Completely doesn't work on my machine in W7MC. "Cannot Play Video Windows Media center cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found."
- When played in WMP, the video shows, but no audio.

I encoded it (forgive me if I don't use the right terms) w/ Handbrake using the same settings that have worked fine with dozens of other movies. When dropped into Mediainfo, I get the following info:

Any thoughts? Is it a codec issue? A movie issue? I havn't dinked around with any of the codec packs. I was hoping to keep it simple with files that native to Windows.
