No subtitles using Haali media splitter

#1

Post by watts3000 » Sun Jun 23, 2013 2:31 pm

Guys I am heavy into mp4's and mkv files. As of right now I use the Haali Media Splitter which I like very much. My problem is subtitles it seems that the splitter does not play back subtitles. So I would like to know if anyone here has any ideas on how to enable subtitle playback? I am not speaking of using a separate subtitle files I'm am speaking of playing back regular subtitles that are already a part of the movie.

I think you can maybe right click the haali splitter icon and choose subtitles?

You need MC to be in windowed mode to see the tray icon of course....

You can also look at ffdshow and the media control stuff.

Yeah you might need to depending on what format your subtitles are in.
