Has anyone found a way to convert Blu-Ray's with VC-1 video in an m2ts container to play nicely on the 360?
I am most interested in using some tool that will convert to WMV-HD and WMA 5.1 audio (as this allows for up to a 15MB bitrate on the videos)
Thanks!

I convert my VC-1 blu-rays using dvrmstool to WTV but, you probaby could do the same to WMV.

DVDFab. Not free, takes a long time (8 hours for a movie)... but you'll get wmvhd at 15mb bitrate with wma10pro (5.1) audio.
I've done this with my entire BD collection.

I found another solution using Expression Encoder 4, here's my writeup.
