These are usually good deals and it is updated regularly.
If you check the bottom of the page, there are usually cheap bundles for under $100.
Right now there is a 4 core and 6 core bundle under $100.
Good for a decent build.

They also almost always have Intel bundles, usually $40 off when you combine CPU/Mobo. So you can get an even better build for around $125.
Place is great, if you live near a Micro Center there is no reason to buy your processor and board anywhere else.

When I researched and built mine a couple of years ago, I bought the processor from MC on one of their sales. I already had alternate plans for the mobo, but I was taking the whole thing slow and easy.
Lo and behold, a week later MC emails me--"hey, you bought this processor, I bet you're building a system, how about these special offers just for you?" Yeppers! I still bought the mobo off Ebay for half price, but as I recall the rest of it came straight from MC at good prices.
And now I know my strategy for building my next one...
