If you're looking for a reasonably priced socket 1155 case/mobo/processor this is pretty good. Very slim for an HTPC.
If the free processor that comes with it (Pentium G620) is not enough for you, you can always put a 65W sandy bridge core-i processor in it. Unfortunately no ivy bridge support from Shuttle for the board in this however.
No outside facing PCIE slot so it wont work with a Ceton Infinitv4 PCIE, but one of the external solutions would work.
