Guide listings change for Charter in St. Louis

so after waiting patiently for my guide listings to update after charter changed all the channel numbers, i realized that i had to go back into live tv setup and select a different provider from the list.

previously i always used "charter communications, digital"
but when i went in this time i found "charter communicates, upgraded digital"

once i switched over all was ok

thought this info would be useful to anyone else in this area using wmc, in the past when they changed channel lineups wmc would change them automatically.

I'm in that market. I haven't gone through a channel change before, do I have to initiate something to get the guide changes. I wasn't aware there was a change.

Thanks for the head's up, cdcellular. Just be aware that the "upgraded" lineup is only temporary. In a few weeks, maybe a month or two, it will go away and the original lineup will get updated. So when your guide stops updating again, switch back to the original lineup.
