WOW Cable. I've had them ever since they bought out Americast years ago; I couldn't wait to get rid of Time Warner.
Today underscores why. I discovered a problem with my broadband speed; while it took a bit of persistence to muddle through some front-line reps, I got the problem solved in a couple of hours.
They're not always on top of their game, but they do strive to be. I recognize that and work with them, and they work with me, and in the end it all gets worked out.
Their prices are great, their customer support is right here in the good ol' USA...what more could you want.
They might not have some channels that Time Warner has...so what? If TW (or AT&T U-Verse) is the only way for me to see those channels, then I don't need to see those channels.
