TWC-Spectrum CableCard tuner swap

#1

Post by jaimeknapp » Mon Mar 20, 2017 2:18 pm

I am preparing to replace my Ceton tuner card and was curious if any of the published CableCard activation phone numbers still work. It does not appear that their online activation form can accomplish this as it did when I initially set this up with TWC.

I appreciate any input on this. Thanks.

This is the dedicated CableCARD (old Tru2way) department in New York.

Charter Spectrum has no dedicated cable card line. If the old TWC number works, consider yourself lucky.

I called it last night while helping my buddy set up his new TiVo. So.... As of 15 hours ago, it worked.

Thank you.I will try that number when I can pry the spouse away from her programs long enough to do the swap.
